Columbine Ink acquired the Ghosts of Colorado series from the late John Aldrich, a widely recognized expert in the history of Colorado’s
gold and silver mining eras. John’s collection of information and photographs, gathered over more than three decades of personal research,
contains a wealth of details that make the era
come alive and attests to the determination and toughness of Colorado’s mining
pioneers.
We are also very excited to bring you a new, exclusive series on the
Waterfalls of Colorado, by Marc and Nancy Conly. This year, we have
just released our new Waterfalls of Colorado 2010 calendar, a companion to 2009's Waterfalls of Rocky Mountain National Park guidebook!
Additionally, Columbine Ink is pleased to announce the debut of a major new book, A Fair Distance. The book is the Western memoir of
Lois Boblett, 1851-1922. Authored by L. Darlene Spargo, A Fair Distance is a compelling story of one woman's journey through the Wild West.
Columbine Ink is the collaboration of Ron and Peg Williams and Anne Justen, who is a principal in The Marketing Experience, Inc.
All three live in the Denver area and take advantage of
Colorado’s outdoors as much as possible.
We at Columbine Ink look forward to bringing you books and other resources that
tell the vibrant tales of Western history and open up Colorado's
wonderful natural treasures to explorers..
